EV-specific pickup logistics
When it comes to picking up your electric vehicle, we prioritize safety and efficiency. Our team will use a flatbed tow truck to transport your vehicle, ensuring proper handling, especially for high-voltage systems. We also include a charging cable with each pickup, so you don’t need to worry about that. If your EV is non-running, we can still accept it, but please note that we will assess the vehicle beforehand. If you're unsure about the state of your vehicle, we recommend a pre-inspection at a Tesla Service Center or an authorized dealer to identify any potential issues.
